These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoSlips mobile and web application (the "App"), provided by GoDeadOn LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
GoSlips is an informational application that displays drag-racing time slips and related event data that tracks and event operators publish to our service. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing.
The App does not require you to create an account. You are responsible for the device you use to access the App and for complying with these Terms.
Time slips and other data are supplied by third-party tracks and event operators and are presented "as is." We do not independently verify this data and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability. Do not rely on the App for official race results, wagering, or any safety-critical purpose.
You agree not to:
The App, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by GoDeadOn LLC and protected by applicable laws. Time-slip and event content remains the property of the respective tracks, operators, or rights holders. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
The App uses third-party services (including Google Firebase) and may be distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those platforms and services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GODEADON LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoDeadOn LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at any time and without notice. The sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 8, and 9) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. [Update this state if GoDeadOn LLC is registered elsewhere.]
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
